专利摘要:
A blade with teeth whose spacing varies around the periphery has, on at least one side, a cover element and an intermediate visco-elastic layer, in order to reduce noise. A holding element fixed to a support ring holds the cover element on the blade independently of the intermediate layer and allows the layer to perform a damping function subject to thrusting stresses.

专利说明:

The invention relates to the processing of materials by cutting and can be used in sawing wood, plastics and light metals with tools containing a circular main disc.
A circular saw is known, comprising a single or multi-layer main disk carrying the cutting teeth and provided with a damping layer, and a flat protective disk connected to the main disk ij.
Reducing the noise level that occurs when these tools operate both at idle and during the sawing process is an important problem. It is known that the noise level of circular saws can be reduced by reducing the vibrations of the main disk. For this purpose, an adhesive layer is applied to the side surfaces of the disk, which serves to damp vibration. The oscillation energy during operation of the tool is transmitted from the teeth to the main disk. However, since the main disk is sealed with an adhesive layer and a protective disk, the emission of sound vibrations occurs only from the protective disk. Sound vibrations pass through the damping zone formed by the adhesive layer. Since the adhesive layer has a lower elastic modulus, an effective reduction in sound vibrations of the main disc is achieved.
In the presence of a protective disk, it is important to create such a connection with the main disk so that it does not move under load and at the same time has high damping properties.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the reliability of mounting the protective disc while maintaining its damping properties.
This goal is achieved by the fact that in a circular saw containing a single or multi-layer main disk, carrying cutting teeth and provided with a damping layer, and a flat protective disk connected to the main disk, a V-shaped notch is made on the periphery of the main disk. forms, and the protective disk is provided with a protrusion placed in the said recess, and the edge of the protective disk is fixed on the main disk of the saw.
Fig. 1 shows a circular saw, side view; in fig. 2 - section AL on. Ij in FIG. the tooth arrangement on an enlarged scale} in FIG. 4 and 5 - mounting options for a protective disk;
The circular saw contains a main disk 1 made of steel and circumferentially provided with teeth 2. The main disk may consist of one or several layers. FIG. 1 shows only a part of the teeth, while the dashed line 3 denotes the working circle of the top of the teeth. The tooth 2 may be provided with solid5 alloy or ceramic brazed plates 4 or may be made integral with the main blade of the saw. Position 5 denotes the hollows between the teeth. Tooth pitch around the circumference
0 is selected as variable and denoted by the letters a, b and c. In this case, for example, more b is 5–10%, and the distance C is 5% less than the distance b. Such a choice of district steps contributes
5 to reduce the amplitude of oscillations arising during the operation of the saw.
The main disk 1 is provided on both sides with protective steel disks 6 with a thickness of about 0.2 mm. The outer edge 7 of the protective disc is located in the immediate vicinity of the pits of the teeth, as well as the main disc, the protective discs are provided with a central hole 8. Between the protective discs 6 and the main disc 1 there is an adhesive layer 9 of elastic material, for example, an artificial resin, 0.05 mm thick or more. Layer 9 not only connects the protective disk b with the base 1, but also performs the role of
0 damper, which also reduces sound vibrations. In the area between the outer edge 7 of the protective disk and the circumference of the tooth pits, indicated by the dashed line Z, rings 10 made of steel or other material, which have damping properties, are fixed on the main disk. The rings can be secured with rivets 11 or by welding. Places
Q welding is indicated by the positions 12 and 13. Welding can be performed spot or seam circumferentially and received by an electron beam.
For protective discs 6, fastenings independent of adhesive layers 9 are provided, which are made in the form of retaining elements 14 made of steel foil or of a material with a small modulus of elasticity 0.05 mm thick
0 or more. Foil strips are located above the protective discs 6 and radially extend to the Ure rings, the outer sides 15 of which form rigid supports for
5 foil, Last attached to the rings 10 ring weld with an electron or laser beam. The ring O can also be connected to the disk 1 by the seam 13, and the retainer living element 14c by the ring 10 by the seam 16 in one operation. The thickness of the entire package is less than the maximum width of the teeth or the width of the cut.
The flat holding elements 14 5 fix the protective disks 6 and prevent them from moving relative to the main disk 1. Therefore, the material of layer 9 can be chosen without regard to the function of attachment, but only on the basis of damping properties. In this case, layer 9 can be called not adhesive, but damping.
Between the retaining element 14 and the protective disk 6 can be placed a slipping layer 17, for example of molybdenum disulfide or plastic, deposited on the inner surface of the retaining element 14 or on the outer surface of the disk 6.
The dashed lines are the flange 18 of the circular saw attachment. The flanges 18 span the discs 6 and the retaining elements 14 of the foil and hold them. The retaining elements 14 can be fastened to the main disk 1 by welding.
In the embodiment of the tool shown in FIG. 4, an adhesive or damping layer 9 with a protective disk 6 and a retaining element 19 in the form of a foil is applied on the main disk 1. The rigid support 20 for the outer edge of the retaining element 19 is formed by the
disk 1. Hold the element over ;;; serving over the disk 6 and the layer 9 part is made with a bend and connected with the main disk 1 circular welding seam 21.
FIG. 5 shows a variant of the circular saw with the main disk 1, the adhesive or damping layer 9 and the protective disk 22, in which there is no retaining element, and is provided for fastening
0 pad The protective disk 22 of a thin steel sheet "has a protrusion of a 23V-shaped cross-section, which enters the recess 24 of the main disk 1. With its edge, the protective disk 22 is connected to the main
5 disc 1 welding seam passing around the circumference. The protrusion 23 plays the role of a membrane and allows the protective disk 22 to move relative to the main disk 1 in the event of oscillations. The protective disk 22 on the portion of the protrusion 23 may have a smaller thickness of €. The recess cavity of the protective disc can be filled with a soft material 25, for example foam plastic,
5 to form a flat surface
The proposed design of the circular saw increases the fastening reliability.
